Support for more brands is built and being verified colour-by-colour before release. Copic, Caliart, Arrtx, ShinHan, Chen Rui, and Bianyo are all in the pipeline. Getting the hex values and set memberships genuinely right takes longer than adding the names, and shipping a wrong colour is worse than shipping none.

Probably — brand requests are the second most common thing people write in about, and they directly drive the order things get built in. Email the brand and the exact set you own. If you can photograph the colour chart that came in the case, that is by far the most useful thing you can send.

That means the outline has a gap in it, so the fill escapes and keeps going — the same way ink would bleed through a break in a line.

• Zoom in and check the boundary for small breaks
• Rescan in brighter, more even light so faint lines read as solid black
• Undo, then fill from a spot fully enclosed by dark lines

Undo is unlimited enough for this — it holds your last 50 actions.

• Good lighting — bright and even, no shadow across the page
• Thick black lines — bold outlines convert far more reliably
• Complete outlines — closed shapes keep the fill contained
• Black & white art — greyscale shading confuses the conversion

Shoot straight down at the page rather than at an angle.

Switch to View Mode on the canvas and tap any filled area. HueMock shows the marker's name and its code, so you can pull the right pen out of the case without guessing.

Expect some difference. Screen colours are light and marker colours are ink on paper — they can never match exactly, and your paper stock, how many layers you lay down, and your screen's own calibration all shift the result.

HueMock's values are for planning: getting you to the right marker and a palette that works together. Treat them as a very close guide, not a proof.

Please tell me — this genuinely helps. Send the brand, the marker code, and what you believe the correct value or set membership is. A photo of the official colour chart is ideal.

Ohuhu's data is the most heavily verified. Newer brands are lower-confidence, which is exactly why they're still being checked before release.

On iPhone and iPad, yes — through your own private iCloud, as long as iCloud Drive is on for HueMock. Nothing routes through any server of mine.

On Android, pages are stored on the device. Use the built-in backup export and import to move them.

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you originally bought with — a different account won't see the purchase.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by me, so they're cancelled on their side:

• iOS: Manage subscriptions, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google as well — I can't issue them directly.

Pages you scanned yourself are yours to do as you like with.

The publisher book pages included in the app are a different matter — they're licensed for planning inside HueMock only, so there's deliberately no export or save-to-photos path for those. If you love a book, the app links you to buy the real thing.
